The coolest office in the world lies in Scarabeo Desert Camp and belongs to the manager of this glamping lodge, who spends his office hours in a vintage bivouac tent overlooking the majestic, snow-capped Atlas mountains.
The luxurious camp is located in the stony Agafay desert, just a 45 minute drive from Marrakesh. It’s the kind of place you need to go to if you feel the sudden urge to play pretend you’re an explorer from a by-gone era.
Its elegant tents are decorated with natural materials, Berber rugs, African woven mats and retro furniture. You come here to enjoy an ultra romantic dinner under a canopy of stars, escape busy city life, marvel at the breath-taking scenery surrounding you, or prepare for a desert expedition on horseback, quad bike or even by foot.
